While the plans that we offer vary in important ways, they also have key elements in common. Both the HDHP and the PPO plan have access to High-Quality Providers who offer services at lower rates, behavioral health coverage and prescription drug coverage, and acupuncture and chiropractic care. They all keep health care affordable with out-of-pocket maximums and by providing preventive care at no cost based on federal guidelines when you visit a network provider. And none of our plans have exclusions for pre-existing conditions.

Review your Year to Date Spending

Register or log in to your myWellmark.com account
Click on the “Claims" tab in the left column
Your Spend Report is located in the third box on the right hand side of the page.
Click Download
From there you can select the time period you would like to review, eg.: YTD, prior year, custom date range. You can also select claims for all covered family members or one specific family member
Review the column labeled Allowed Amount. This will help you determine how much you might pay for a doctor visit or prescription if you are considering a transition to a HDHP where you would be responsible for 100% of the cost up to the Out-of-Pocket Maximum
