401(k) Enrollment

Effective the first payroll following 30 days of service, all permanent Full- and Part-Time employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Retirement Plan. 

 

Our 401(k) is administered by American Trust and offers you a choice in the type of 401(k) to save in. Employees can contribute to both a Traditional 401(k) and a ROTH 401(k).

Enrollment in the 401(k) plan is scheduled to occur during the third day of Onboarding.  Please be sure to bring the following with you to that session: 

 

• 401(k) Enrollment packet,

• Names, social security numbers, and dates of birth for both primary and contingent beneficiaries.

 

You will have the opportunity to make your enrollment elections and designate your beneficiaries during your enrollment session.  If you are unable to enroll at the enrollment session, you have access to the American Trust enrollment site from home!
