Phone Access

Based on business need, some positions are eligible to have access to work email on their phones. Talk to your manager to determine if your position is eligible for this access.  Upon end of employment, access will need to removed before you can add other organizations to your device.  Follow these instructions to remove this access.

Service Awards

In five year increments, staff are recognized for their service, and are given an opportunity to shop for a Service Award from our vendor partner in recognition of loyalty, commitment, and hard work!  Watch for a congratulations email from your HR team at anniversary time to begin the gift selection process!

NXG Theft Protection

GreenState has partnered with NXG Strategies to provide all staff with fully managed identify theft research, remediation and recovery.  If you suspect theft for any reason, a professional Privacy Advocate will manage your recovery process to help restore your name and credit to pre-event status.  They will handle the phone calls, paperwork and follow-up for you through a Limited Power of Attorney authorization.  This service covers all types of identify theft, even if it is not related to your account. For more information, review this document, and call 1-866-647-6223 to access the services and begin the recovery process!

Student Loans

Staying true to our mission of supporting the financial well-being of our employees, we offer a Student Loan Interest Forgiveness Program for staff members.  Annually, we will reimburse qualifying employees for the interest payments made to their outstanding student loan debt under qualified Federal student loan programs. Eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • Employees must be employed for a minimum of 12 consecutive months to qualify.

  • Once the service requirement has been met, employees are eligible for reimbursement of qualifying student loan interest paid during the prior tax year up to be the below specified maximums.  (All payments made since inception of this program will count towards the lifetime maximum.)

  • Employees are responsible for completing a request for reimbursement on an annual basis. Please complete this form by March 15, 2024.

  • Copies of annual tax forms or proof of interest paid to the Federal Student Loan program will be required for reimbursement.  (General Rule:  if you have a 1098-E issued in your name, that interest is reimbursable!  If you paid interest on a qualified student loan, but did not receive a 1098-E, fill out and submit a reimbursement form, and it will be reviewed for eligibility.)

  • Reimbursement will be made annually each year at the end of March for the prior year's interest expenses. Staff will be reimbursed for their submission (up to the maximum) minus applicable taxes.

  • Student loan debt and interest payments for an employee, spouse, or child may be eligible for reimbursement as long as the employee's name is on the 1098 tax document.
