Allstate Supplemental Insurance

Allstate Supplemental Insurance is offered on an annual basis, mid-year, to staff interested in having additional coverage outside of our traditionally offered medical plans.

It is important to note that Allstate premiums will be deducted with after-tax instead of pre-tax dollars.

Any new elections will require the completion of an enrollment application.
