NLFC Fitness Center

We welcome all staff and household members age 19 and older the opportunity to use our onsite facility at no cost, provided a Wellness Waiver has been completed and submitted to HRBenefits@greenstate.org prior to first use.

Staff are encouraged to utilize the variety of weight machines, dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs - 80 lbs, kettlebells ranging from 5 lbs - 30 lbs, and cardio equipment with television screens, including treadmills, ellipticals, a rowing machine, a recumbent and an upright bike.

The Wellness Center is an excellent facility provided for the health and wellness benefit of our staff and their household members age 19 and older.  We ask that all participants using the Center follow the guidelines and procedures for the safety of participants, to maintain the equipment, and to assure cleanliness of the facility.  If you are interested in utilizing our Wellness Center, please complete the Acknowledgement and Waiver Form and return to your HR Benefits department prior to using the the facility.
