You will receive separate ID cards for both Wellmark medical and MedOne prescription coverage.
Your ID Card(s) will only list the name of the contract holder, but the card(s) are valid for all family members on the contract
If you need new or additional ID cards or would like a temporary card, please contact HRBenefits@greenstate.org.
You may also retrieve an electronic version of your ID Card via the MyWellmark Mobile App!
