What Doctor On Demand Doesn't Treat

While providers are able to treat most common issues, there are conditions which they do not treat.  Please see an in-person doctor or go to the hospital if you experience any of the following:

  • Traumatic brain or spinal cord injuery

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Chest pain and/or numbness

  • Broken bones

  • Vomiting or coughing blood

  • Severe burns

  • Lacerations

  • Ear Infections

Additionally, doctor on demand providers are unable to write prescriptions for controlled substances such as codeine or oxycodone.  Please see a doctor in person if you require medication classified as a controlled substance.
