What's Changing for 2026?
We’re excited to introduce a new Voluntary Life Insurance benefit available to all full-time employees through Mutual of Omaha.
​
This coverage allows you to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and child(ren) – providing greater flexibility and peace of mind when planning for your family’s future.

Key Details

Guarantee Issue is available only during this initial enrollment period and for future new hires.

Coverage amounts over the Guarantee Issue will require Evidence of Insurability (health application).​

To enroll your spouse/domestic partner or child(ren), you must elect coverage for yourself.

Spouse/domestic partner premiums are based on the employee’s age.
