Open Enrollment 2025

Please use Open Enrollment as an opportunity to review your Beneficiaries for your Life policies.

 

As a reminder, all full-time staff are eligible for this coverage with no cost to the employee as premiums are paid by GreenState! More details on these policies are listed here.

Need help updating your beneficiaries?

 

1. Make sure that you have your beneficiary person added to the under 'Manage Dependents and Beneficiaries'. If not, please add the new beneficiary person(s) at this step.

2. Go to Select Benefits.

3. Find the Life and AD&D Benefits (two separate benefits), and select 'View all plans'

4. Update percentages, totaling 100%, under the Primary and/or Secondary fields for each beneficiary you wish to designate. Please note the prior beneficiaries may be listed, but will not be considered a designated beneficiary if 0% is listed in both columns.
