What's Changing for 2026?

• For both HDHP and PPO Plans:

  • $0 Cost for Dr. On Demand Virtual Visits​

  • Domestic Partner Eligibility added​​

• HDHP Plan Updates:

  • Single coverage Deductible/Out-of-Pocket Maximum $3400

• PPO Plan Updates:​

  • ​Single coverage:

    • Deductible: $1,700

    • Out-of-Pocket Maximum: $3,400​

  • Family coverage:

    • Deductible: $3,200

    • Out-of-Pocket Maximum for Family coverage: $6,400​​

• Scenario 2 - Employee+Spouse Coverage, expecting a baby! 

• Scenario 3 - Employee+Family Coverage, with chronic condition

• Scenario 4 - Employee+Family Coverage, kids in sports + several office visits

• Scenario 5 - Employee Only Coverage, costly medication

• Worst Case Scenario under both the HDHP and PPO
