2026 Insurance Premiums for Health, Dental, and Vision

Deductible/Out-of-pocket Maximum (OOPM) Changes:

HDHP Plan​

Single: Deductible/OOPM change from $3,300 to $3,400 (+$100)​

PPO Plan ​

Single: Deductible from $1,500 to $1700 (+$200), OOPM from $3,000 to $3,400 (+$400)

Family: Deductible from $3,000 to $3,200 (+$200), OOPM from $6,000 to $6,400 (+$400)

We’re pleased to announce an enhanced employer contribution for 2026! Employees contributing at least $10 per pay period will receive:

$30/per pay period for Employee Only coverage ($780 annually)

$55/per pay period for All Other Coverage Levels ($1,430 annually)

Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Limited Purpose Medical FSA:

IRS limit increased to $3,400

Carryover increased to $680

IRS limit increased from $5,000 to $7,500

$2,000 Lifetime Maximum for Orthodontics (now separate from annual benefit)

Adult Orthodontics Coverage now included
